Some guests mentioned that the sauna was closed during their visit, but this did not detract from their positive experience. The staff in the gym were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially towards one guest's teenage daughter who was thoroughly impressed with the facilities. Guests were also pleased to find a supermarket adjacent to the hotel as well as access to a kitchen to prepare their own meals. Though some experienced difficulty with sauna availability, the overall consensus was that using the fitness studio was a great perk of staying at Sportpension "Seminarhaus an der Eider."
