The indoor heated pool, in particular, garnered numerous compliments for being comforting and a standout feature. Guests found the thermal pool to be in great condition and wonderfully warm. Despite its small size, the pool's well-maintained state and warmth provided a pleasant experience for many visitors.
However, some reviews pointed out a handful of drawbacks. The pool's size was often mentioned as an issue; several guests felt it was too small for the number of guests, leading to crowded conditions. Maintenance issues were also highlighted with reports of the pool waterfall ceasing operation and the need for upkeep in certain areas, such as the pool table.
