La Galuna Bacalar offers an inviting pool area that consistently wins praise for its charm and tranquility. Guests frequently describe the pool as very nice, nicely designed, and well-maintained, providing a serene spot to relax, especially when basking in the sunshine. The pool is often noted for its varying depths, making it suitable for both lounging and playful swimming. It features hammocks that add to the relaxing ambiance, complemented by a chilled-out bar area serving delicious margaritas. Although generally deemed small, the pool meets guests' expectations for a peaceful retreat after exploring the stunning nearby attractions. Families might enjoy the small floats and balls available for children, though some reviews hint at cooler water temperatures which may deter swimmers on certain days. Despite occasional remarks about cleanliness, the pool area remains a delightful highlight of the hotel experience, offering a calm and inviting atmosphere tucked away near several accessible restaurants.
