The availability of separate male and female swimming pools offers added convenience and privacy. The pool is noted for being beautiful and refreshing, making it a worthwhile experience for visitors looking to unwind.
However, the experience is marred by a few inconsistencies. The Hotel Hills Sarajevo Congress & Thermal Spa Resort boasts an amazing pool area that is perfect for families with young children. The pools are spacious, clean and offer a variety of indoor and outdoor options including heated, children's and water slide pools. Despite the hotel being popular among locals on weekends, the facilities are well-maintained and make for a great value for money. While some guests noted cooler pool temperatures and a need for renovations in certain areas of the wellness center, overall the cleanliness and variety of options were highly praised. The outside pool, complete with a pirate ship, is especially enjoyable during the summer months. Overall, the hotel offers a great selection of facilities that cater to all ages and is definitely worth a visit.
