The Crown Metropol Perth's pool area has garnered a mix of feedback from its guests. Many guests laud the pool for its appeal to families, noting that kids especially enjoy the large pool and waterslides. The pool is often described as amazing, lovely, beautiful and wonderful, providing a relaxing atmosphere with comfortable day beds and a picturesque view. However, temperature issues are a common complaint with several guests mentioning that both the indoor and outdoor pools are too cold. Cleanliness is another point of concern, as some guests encountered dirty water, floating cans and rubbish, though others found the facilities well-kept and stocked with plenty of clean towels.
The poolside service, available with a menu of drinks and refreshments, is appreciated, but there are occasional delays and some find the catering overpriced. Comfort around the pool can be a struggle due to the high demand for sun lounges and issues with seating availability, including an unclear system for booking and paying for lounges and cabanas.
