Summary of reviews related to the '5 Star' category
Summarized by AI
Euphoria Hotel Batumi receives mixed reviews regarding its five-star rating with many guests expressing disappointment in its current condition and amenities. Several comments indicate that the hotel does not meet the expectations of a five-star establishment, pointing out issues such as the lack of basic amenities like soap and poor WiFi quality. Some guests felt that the hotel merits a rating closer to three or three and a half stars rather than five. However, there are remarks highlighting the potential of the hotel with terms like high-quality and highly recommended surfacing in some reviews. Overall, the hotel appears to struggle with consistency in delivering a true five-star experience.
