They ensure that guests are comfortable and enjoying their stay. The superb guest relations, which are courteous and kind, make you feel truly welcomed. The staff are accommodating, helpful, friendly and attentive with exceptional customer service. From Jasper, who gave us a welcoming check-in experience, to Kim, who made sure we had a pleasant stay, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Mylene at the Anila restaurant provided excellent service, handling all our food requests with expertise. The masseuses (Malet, Riza and Venice) were excellent, leaving us fully relaxed after the massage. The breakfast server, Cef, was also mentioned as providing a great experience. The place is kept well and invites a sense of hospitality with clean rooms and nice aesthetics. However, one reviewer mentioned that the staff gave preference to white people, which could affect some guests’ experience. Overall, the excellent staff and hotel facilities ensure that you have a wonderful experience at Anya Resort Tagaytay.
