The Kozyhome offers a mixed experience when it comes to its pool. Many guests appreciate the pool as a pleasant retreat from the intense heat, describing it as a delightful spot to cool off after excursions, especially surrounded by trees and providing a refreshing break. The hotel boasts a lovely pool area that tends to impress with its aesthetic charm, contributing to beautiful moments enjoyed by visitors. On the plus side, some reviews highlight the clean water and perfect temperature on certain occasions.
However, the pool's functionality and size are recurring concerns. The pool is often described as small, ideal primarily for cooling off rather than any vigorous swimming, and sometimes seen as a plunge pool rather than a full-sized swimming area. There are some instances where the pool is perceived as being colder than ideal. Unfortunately, maintenance issues are highlighted as well, with several guests noting the pool was at times unusable due to cloudy or green water, suggesting cleanliness can be inconsistent. The location by the main road also affects the experience somewhat. Despite its shortcomings, the pool is deemed a worthwhile addition when in working order, especially during hot summer days.
