The heated pool, hot tub and spa were a hit among guests who enjoyed taking a relaxing dip while overlooking the serene surroundings of Taupo. People found the facilities surrounding the pool excellent and lovely with the highlight being the pool itself. The outdoor area was great and well maintained. The pool was warm, clean and fabulous with exceptional pool and spa services. Guests could also enjoy sauna and steam rooms after taking a dip. The only downside was some guests experienced noise disturbance from the upper levels. Overall, the Hilton Lake Taupo pool facilities were awesome and the perfect way to relax on vacation.
