Although there was a temporary issue with the in-room jacuzzi not working for one day, the friendly staff provided exceptional service. However, guests noted that extra charges apply for access to the sauna and other amenities. Some rooms feature an exterior jacuzzi, which guests enjoyed using multiple times during their stay. Despite this, some guests were let down by the temperature of the jacuzzi, which remained at only 31 degrees Celsius, disappointing those who had booked a room with a jacuzzi.
