Portofelice Camping Village is praised for its prime location amidst lush woodlands, offering a peaceful retreat with direct access to a clean, shallow beach. Its beautifully landscaped environment is perfect for families, providing a picturesque setting for both relaxation and play, with close proximity to local attractions and easy car access. The facilities include exciting water slides and child-friendly play areas, contributing to an enjoyable outdoor experience.
Guests laud the exceptional cleanliness and meticulous maintenance of the village, with modern and well-equipped mobile homes adding to the comfort. Although occasional issues with musty odors and dirt are mentioned, the overall atmosphere is one of a well-cared-for and pristine facility. The staff are noted for their warmth, friendliness, and professionalism, consistently providing a welcoming environment and accommodating guests with their exceptional service. Their language skills, particularly in German, facilitate a smooth experience for international visitors.
The pool area is a highlight for its cleanliness and family-friendly features, with diverse slides and a conveniently located aesthetic appeal, although it can be lively with many children at play. While some guests find the beds comfortable, others have concerns about sagging mattresses and outdated bedding, suggesting a need for improvement in this aspect.
Despite some room-related drawbacks, Portofelice Camping Village's combination of stunning location, pristine surroundings, excellent service, and family-oriented amenities makes it a favored destination for those seeking a coastal getaway.
