Moxy Southampton delivers a luxurious experience with its modern and funky decor, appealing especially to upscale customers. The hotel stands out due to its luxurious amenities, high-quality toiletries and new, fluffy towels, all contributing to a sense of indulgence. Despite some remarks about the room size and certain service aspects, the property overall exudes luxury with its sophisticated decoration and luxurious fittings.
Guests often highlight the great value for money, noting that the luxurious feel doesn't come at an exorbitant cost. The contemporary and classy good vibe of the hotel adds to the appeal, ensuring the stay is both modern and fun. High-quality details like premium toilet paper and air conditioning enhance the comfort level, making the experience feel very VIP.
Although there are some mentions of areas for improvement, such as a stained foyer or specific dislikes like the welcome cocktail, the overall sentiment leans towards a luxurious stay. Moxy Southampton might not boast opulent amenities or high-end finishes, but its chic style, modern furniture and great location in a nice area more than make up for it, offering a 5-star feel without the hefty price tag.
