For guests celebrating special occasions, the staff was exceptional, starting with the front desk attendant who went above and beyond for a seamless check-in process. The staff at the dinner time restaurant was professional and hardworking. All in all, guests stated that this was the best all inclusive hotel they had been to so far with exceptional service, authentic food and a great location to walk around at night.
