Ibis Budget Sorocaba offers facilities and services that cater well to business travelers, serving as a practical and convenient option for those in the city for work. The hotel's location is well-suited for conducting meetings and events and the work-oriented amenities ensure a productive stay. Suitable for short business trips, the accommodation meets the essential needs of professionals on the go. Guests appreciate the polite staff and the convenience of services like WhatsApp reception.
However, there are areas that need improvement, particularly in the efficiency of their invoicing process, which many found to be too slow. The hotel's check-in process at Novotel and the occasional issues with room type mix-ups and general information sharing also detract from an otherwise reliable experience. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel provides good value for money, making it a viable option for business-focused stays.
