The pool at Best Western PLUS Memorial Inn offers a mixed experience for guests seeking leisure and relaxation. Some visitors find the pool a pleasant way to unwind after a busy day, describing it as a nice ending to their evening and perfect for relaxation. However, there are some notable downsides mentioned by guests. The indoor pool’s small size can create complications, especially during busy periods and heightened concerns like COVID-19. The pool is 4 feet deep, which may benefit those looking for a shallow area but could be limiting for others. Additionally, there have been instances where the pool was not in operation, and cleanliness was an issue for some, detracting from its appeal. A heated pool is part of the facility, though temperatures have reportedly been too cold, affecting its usability. Despite being described as bigger by some, ensuring maintenance and consistent warmth could enhance guest satisfaction.
