Summarized by AI
The Wierchomla Ski & Spa Resort's pool has garnered mixed feedback from guests. While some visitors appreciate the pool for being well-maintained and perfectly suited for young children due to its shallow depth, others find it on the smaller side and often describe the water as colder than ideal. The larger pool reaches a depth of about 1.2 meters, which seems suitable for kids learning to swim, yet not deep enough for serious swimmers. Families with children find the pool enjoyable and applaud the proximity of rooms to the swimming and spa areas. However, some guests express disappointment due to the limited size and absence of attractions like slides for kids. The small jacuzzi tends to be crowded, and the overall pool area could benefit from extended opening hours to accommodate more guests. Despite these concerns, the hotel's reception service remains professional and accommodating, adding a positive element to the overall experience.

Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
Reviews of Hotel Krynica Conference & SPA generally highlight the pool area as being clean and suitable for families. Many guests appreciate the pool’s aesthetic appeal, describing it as beautiful, nice and a pleasant spot for relaxation. The pool is noted for its well-maintained condition despite its small size with some guests finding it well-suited for children and a decent place to unwind.
However, numerous reviews also emphasize significant drawbacks. The consensus is that the pool is too small for the size of the hotel and often becomes overcrowded, especially during peak times like weekends and bad weather. The water temperature is frequently mentioned as being too cold, which detracts from the overall comfort. Additionally, the lack of sufficient massage jets and limited relaxation spaces around the pool are points of concern.
Another prevalent comment includes the spa area’s inadequacies, such as not enough showers and the need for renovation in certain parts, like where tiles are missing. Despite these issues, the presence of amenities such as a jacuzzi, dry saunas and steam saunas offer some added value to the wellness experience, even though they often face high demand.
In summary, while the pool area at Hotel Krynica Conference & SPA is a clean and generally pleasant facility, its small size and occasionally cold water make it less ideal for those looking for a comprehensive or luxurious wellness experience. The amenities available are appreciated, but the overall space limitations and demand issues significantly impact guest satisfaction.
