Unfortunately, some guests had trouble with getting in touch with the spa as no one answered their calls. Despite this, everyone loved the location and amenities, including the spa and swimming pools. A guest even dreamed of a discounted spa day, but it was not to be.

While some reviewers criticized the resort due to the lack of activities, others enjoyed the opportunity to unwind and relax with a book. Lastly, one guest lamented the lack of shampoo, but overall had a memorable stay at Bear Creek Mountain Resort.
