Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Hotel CampingPark Steiner boasts a highly favorable reputation among guests, thanks to its strategic location, outstanding amenities and exceptional service. Situated conveniently near Bolzano with easy access by car or public transport, its central and accessible position makes it a prime choice for travelers exploring the area. Despite minor concerns about noise from the main road, the accessibility and proximity to the highway add appeal for those on the move.
The hotel stands out for its cleanliness with both rooms and communal areas meticulously maintained. The spacious and well-designed rooms feature modern amenities, including air conditioning, refrigerators, desks and often balconies with impressive views. The bathrooms are particularly noted for their contemporary fixtures and underfloor heating. While occasional issues like a malfunctioning TV arise, the overall satisfaction with room quality is remarkably high.
One of the highlights of the stay at Hotel CampingPark Steiner is the breakfast experience, consistently praised for its variety and quality. The hearty and plentiful breakfast buffet offers fresh fruit, diverse yogurts and regional delicacies, both savory and sweet, catering to all tastes. The friendly and attentive staff enhance this experience, making guests feel welcomed and satisfied.
The in-house restaurant further elevates the staying experience, offering a rich selection of delicious dishes, including local specialties and commendable pizzas. Generous portions and a welcoming atmosphere make dinner here a delightful end to the day. Guests appreciate the excellent service and the inviting sun terrace.
The hotel’s pool facilities receive substantial praise with both indoor and outdoor options available. The outdoor pool, in particular, stands out for its pleasant ambiance and adjacent dining area. However, the shared usage with the neighboring campsite sometimes limits availability. The clean and well-maintained indoor pool, though only accessible on certain days, adds to the hotel’s appeal.
Parking is reliably handled with free spaces readily available, accommodating various vehicles including motorcycles and E-bikes. This convenience, coupled with the hotel's proximity to Bolzano and available public transport, enhances guests' overall experience.
The staff at Hotel CampingPark Steiner consistently receives accolades for their friendliness, kindness and attentiveness, significantly contributing to the positive atmosphere. Special requests are fulfilled promptly and the professionalism of the reception staff is particularly appreciated. The family-run nature of the hotel adds a unique, warm touch to the service.
Families find Hotel CampingPark Steiner an excellent choice due to its child-friendly amenities, including a playground with a trampoline. The modern and clean accommodations are thoughtfully designed for family stays, ensuring comfort and enjoyment.
While the beds generally provide a comfortable sleep, a few guests find the mattresses either too firm or too soft and the pillows could use some enhancement. Taller guests might find the bed length slightly short, but overall, the bedding experience is positive.
In summary, Hotel CampingPark Steiner offers a blend of strategic location, cleanliness, quality dining, excellent amenities and exceptional service, making it highly recommended for a pleasant and convenient stay near Bolzano.
