There are two pools, one for families and one for adults only and one is even heated for your comfort. The pool bar service is very good, but unfortunately, some guests have commented that service at the pool area can be hit or miss depending on who is working. The complimentary bottle of Chianti Classico found in the room is a nice touch and the terrace provides a space to drink a few glasses of wine or read a good book. However, some guests have mentioned issues with noise, especially when kids join the adults-only pool and there is no service at the pool except for self-service towels. Despite these minor drawbacks, the pools themselves are maintained and cleaned regularly and sitting by the pool with the beautiful garden and countryside views is a great way to relax and unwind.
