Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Hotell Norrort stands out as a well-situated and convenient option for travelers especially those with cars, thanks to its strategic location between Stockholm and Arlanda Airport and its very large, free on-site parking. Despite being close to a road, the hotel maintains a serene atmosphere and its proximity to Vallentuna C and a pendeltåg station offers easy access to Stockholm and other activities.
The rooms at Hotell Norrort are generally noted for being clean, fresh and functional with amenities such as refrigerators, coffee makers, kettles, microwaves and in some cases, larger kitchens and washing machines. Beds are often commended for their comfort, although some issues like bathroom cleanliness, noise disturbances and equipment malfunctions have been reported.
Breakfast seems to be an inconsistent offering at this hotel with some guests experiencing positive breakfast services while others noted its unavailability. As such, guests are advised to prepare alternative morning meal arrangements.
Cleanliness is another strong suit of Hotell Norrort with rooms described as tidy and well-maintained, although some guests highlighted the bathrooms need attention and renovation due to mold and wear.
Guest interactions with staff have been mixed. Many travelers praised the friendly and helpful nature of the hotel personnel, emphasizing pleasant check-in experiences. However, inconsistencies exist with some reports of unavailability, indifferent attitudes and unresponsive service.
Overall, Hotell Norrort provides a comfortable and practical stay with a great value for money, appealing particularly to solo travelers and those seeking a quiet, convenient location with easy transportation access.
