Nestled in a picturesque location, Villa Pitiana boasts a beautiful property that captivates guests at first sight. However, the charm of its surroundings is not entirely reflected in the quality of its services and amenities. Visitors frequently note that the hotel's facilities are in need of a refresh and updating, with some suggesting that it more closely resembles a three-star establishment rather than the advertised four-star rating.
Many guests highlight issues concerning cleanliness and attention to detail, which they found to be lacking and not fitting of a four-star hotel. The internet reception also drew criticism, adding to the perception of an outdated service experience. While the hotel meets some basic requirements of its classification, the overall service fell short of the expectations associated with four-star standards.
Despite its shortcomings, the hotel's stunning locale and inherent beauty continue to appeal to those who value its aesthetic appeal. However, for those seeking a truly four-star experience, there might be better-suited options.

The Florence Hills Resort & Wellness, located amidst picturesque scenery, offers tranquility and a captivating view, attracting guests seeking a peaceful retreat. However, impressions of the facility raise questions regarding its four-star designation. Many visitors note a discrepancy between expectations of a four-star hotel and their actual experience, suggesting the establishment resembles more of a two or three-star property. The resort appears to require renovation, with elements feeling neglected over time, affecting both the ambiance and the comfort levels.
In terms of amenities typically associated with a four-star rating, aspects like luggage storage in rooms fall short of expectations. Many remarked that the spa does not align with international standards, particularly when compared to what might be familiar from other countries such as Germany, leading to feelings of disappointment for clientele used to more luxurious experiences.
Nevertheless, the resort does excel in certain areas, notably in friendly staff and the quality of the breakfast provided, which meet the anticipated standards of hospitality. Overall, while the setting and some services present positive highlights, the consensus indicates a need for revitalization to truly reflect the four-star categorization and offer the luxury experience that guests anticipate.
