Premier Hotel Cape Town has received a mixed bag of reviews regarding its four-star status, facilities and services. While some guests were pleased with the exceptional aspects such as the beautiful deck and swimming pool, many expressed dissatisfaction with the hotel's overall quality. Numerous reviewers pointed out that the hotel does not meet the standards typically associated with a four-star rating. Complaints centered around inadequate facilities, such as the absence of an electricity generator for the entire hotel, dated rooms requiring serious renovations and general upkeep concerns. The expectations for spacious and well-maintained rooms were not always met, leading some to suggest a reassessment of the hotel's star rating. Although there are notable features, the consensus indicates that the hotel needs to address several issues to align with its four-star accreditation.
