CIT'HOTEL Saint-Pierre is situated in an ideal central location in the heart of Vire, making it a highly convenient base for exploring the town's attractions, shops, and restaurants. The ease of access to a 600-space free public parking area directly in front of the hotel adds a significant benefit for guests arriving by car, while secure storage options cater to cyclists.
Guests generally enjoy the breakfast offering, with a variety of options that include a traditional French breakfast menu. While the breakfast is considered decent and good value by many, improvements could be made in terms of vegan options and freshness, as well as addressing some cleanliness concerns in the dining area.
The hotel rooms present a mixed experience, with many appreciating their cleanliness, warm decor, and sufficient amenities, although they often lean towards smaller sizes. The decor would benefit from more color, and room maintenance issues such as broken showers and inconsistent air conditioning could detract from the stay. Despite this, the hotel provides convenient amenities including easy parking access and bicycle storage, with noise from nearby roads noted as a minor drawback.
In terms of cleanliness, the hotel receives varied feedback. While some guests commend the clean and tidy environment with good value for money, others have noted areas needing attention, such as dust, stained carpets, and inconsistent housekeeping standards.
The staff at CIT'HOTEL Saint-Pierre stand out for their friendliness and helpfulness, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Many guests praise the team's attentiveness and proactive service, enhancing the overall guest experience, despite some reports of limited availability at times.
Overall, CIT'HOTEL Saint-Pierre offers a comfortable stay with its excellent location, satisfactory breakfast options, good parking facilities, and exceptionally welcoming staff. While there are areas for improvement, particularly in room maintenance and cleanliness, the hotel remains a favorable choice for guests seeking convenience and a pleasant hospitality experience.
