Royal Plaza Montreux boasts a commitment to luxury with well-maintained facilities and a range of high-quality services. Guests frequently praise the luxurious atmosphere, from the elegantly designed interiors to the stunning decorations throughout the hotel. The lake view rooms and luxurious amenities such as the spa treatments enhance the overall opulent experience.
Despite these positive aspects, some reviews indicate a disparity between guest expectations and actual experiences, particularly regarding room quality and meeting the standards anticipated of a 5-star establishment. While some guests find the hotel embodies true five-star luxury with its comfortable and classy environment, others believe the rooms fall short, sometimes likening them to a 3-star accommodation. These contrasting opinions suggest that while the Royal Plaza Montreux aims to provide a luxurious stay, not all guests feel it fully meets the 5-star criteria.
