Quality Hotel Robertson Gardens offers a highly praised experience, particularly noted for its well-positioned location in Brisbane. The hotel's proximity to key areas like the Queensland Sport and Athletics Centre (QSAC), Sunnybank and the Westfield Garden City shopping center makes it ideal for a variety of travelers, including those attending events, medical appointments or just exploring the area. The southside location provides easy access to major motorways, facilitating effortless travel to the Brisbane CBD, the Gold Coast and surrounding suburbs, all while maintaining a quiet, peaceful environment despite the busy road nearby.
Guests frequently commend the hotel’s cleanliness and comfort, highlighting tidy rooms, cozy beds and serene surroundings complemented by beautiful gardens. The morning breakfast experience is widely regarded with guests describing it as lovely, diverse and providing good value for money, though some critique its occasional lukewarm temperature and price. Dinner at the on-site restaurant also receives high marks for its delicious pub-style meals, helpful staff and prompt room service, making dining a convenient and enjoyable part of the stay.
The rooms at Quality Hotel Robertson Gardens are another major highlight. Spacious, clean and well-maintained, they cater to both families and solo travelers. The accommodations, from roomy two-bedroom apartments to comfortable villas, offer ample space, modern amenities and a kid-friendly atmosphere with facilities such as a playground and a swimming pool.
The high standards of cleanliness extend throughout the hotel with many reviews praising the spotless and well-maintained environment. The staff continually receive accolades for their friendliness and helpfulness, enhancing the overall guest experience with their welcoming attitude and prompt service.
Free Wi-Fi is available and generally meets the needs of guests, though some note occasional inconsistencies in performance. Parking is another strength with numerous reviews highlighting the ample, secure and convenient parking spaces available right outside the rooms, free of charge.
For families, the hotel is particularly appealing, offering a peaceful and kid-friendly setting with a well-maintained playground, swimming pool, spacious grassy areas and even a basketball court. The restaurant and on-site amenities further add to the convenience, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay for those with children.
Guests consistently praise the hotel’s beds for their comfort, significantly enhancing the quality of sleep and overall value for money provided. Business travelers also find the hotel suitable, offering a quiet environment conducive to work, though the absence of a dedicated business center is noted.
Lastly, the hotel is regarded for its accessibility, particularly for elderly guests and those with disabilities. The helpful staff, ground-level villas and convenient parking options cater well to guests with special needs, though suggestions for more disabled parking and upgraded access features have been made.
Overall, Quality Hotel Robertson Gardens stands out for its strategic location, cleanliness, comfort, friendly staff and family-friendly amenities, making it a solid choice for a wide range of travelers.
