The hotel's breakfast is fabulous with a good variety of options and high quality, as well as the Italian and Vietnamese restaurants receiving high praise as well. All rooms offer beautiful views of the lake and are clean and comfortable with all amenities available. The staff is friendly, thoughtful and accommodating, adding to the excellent staycation experience. The pool area is amazing, although some reviewers note there may be a shortage of seating during busy holiday weekends. The hotel is recommended for a memorable stay in Hanoi, however, some guests find the prices to be a bit high. Despite this, the hotel maintains the Vietnamese charm and offers a wonderful luxury experience.
