The location of the resort is both gorgeous and unique. It's situated right on the beach and the location from the airport is a quick and easy 5-minute shuttle ride. Guests have praised the resort for its prime location, as it's close to the airport, easy to transfer and overall a great place for a short stay before traveling. While some guests note that the location may not be exceptional, many others appreciate the convenience of the resort's proximity to the airport. Random employees asked about how your stay was going and the head waitress at breakfast was welcoming to everyone. The customer service was great, making you feel comfortable and happy. They make a point of hiring outstanding people and it shows! Overall, the staff makes your stay at Coconut Bay an enjoyable and memorable experience.
