Its prime location provides stunning ocean views, convenient access to the beach and a charming pedestrian center just a 10-minute walk away. Free parking options further enhance its convenience, making it an ideal spot for families and travelers looking to enjoy both the beachfront and the city center.
The hotel rooms are noted for their cleanliness and modern design with many featuring charming terraces or balconies that offer delightful sea views. Guests appreciate the spaciousness of the rooms, particularly the quadruple ones and the addition of useful amenities like fridges. While some older rooms may require renovations and have dated fixtures, the newer rooms significantly enhance the overall experience.
Cleanliness is consistently praised across all areas of the hotel, including well-maintained facilities and daily linen changes. The adherence to Covid-19 regulations adds an extra layer of reassurance for guests.
The staff at Hotel Eden is frequently commended for their welcoming and helpful demeanor. The team, especially the lady at the reception, is noted for providing courteous and attentive service, contributing to a warm and hospitable environment.
Guests enjoy the hotel's exclusive access to a sandy beach with clear waters and plenty of starfish. The beachfront location, combined with the charm and beauty of Follonica's coastline, makes for a picturesque and convenient retreat. Beach services are satisfactory and fairly priced, enhancing the overall beach experience.
Hotel Eden offers a generally good breakfast, although some guests feel it could be improved with more freshly prepared options. Despite not being included in the room price for all guests, some appreciated receiving breakfast as a complimentary gift.
While the beds received mixed reviews with some guests experiencing discomfort due to sagging or noisy mattresses, the overall accommodations are comfortable enough to ensure a pleasant stay.
In summary, Hotel Eden's splendid location, cleanliness, welcoming staff and exclusive beach access make it a top choice for visitors to Follonica, despite some areas needing minor improvements.
