The hotel’s strategic positioning near the bus terminal and close to various food establishments and the thermal spa, while being slightly outside the bustling city center, is highly appreciated. Guests also benefit from parking facilities, making it a convenient choice for travelers with vehicles.
The rooms at Hotel America receive commendations for their spaciousness, cleanliness and comfortable beds, contributing to a restful experience. Remodeled rooms are noted for their inviting ambiance. However, occasional issues such as strong odors and inconsistent cleaning service during stays have been mentioned.
Cleanliness across the hotel is consistently praised with high standards maintained in both rooms and common areas. Guests highlight the thoroughness of the cleaning staff, contributing to a tidy and comfortable environment. Despite occasional lapses, the overall experience remains positive, bolstered by the excellent service provided by a friendly and attentive staff team.
The breakfast offered at Hotel America, though basic, is regarded as tasty and fresh. However, guests often express a desire for more variety, pointing out the absence of several items such as fruits, cheese and gluten-free options.
Wi-Fi at the hotel presents a mix of experiences with some guests praising its quality and others reporting connectivity issues, particularly in the rooms. Despite the inconsistent service, when functional, the internet meets the needs of several guests.
Parking facilities are highly commended for being spacious, clean and secure with guests appreciating the no extra cost aspect. The availability of both private parking and a covered garage service adds to the convenience.
