Guests appreciate the convenience of nearby amenities and the comfortable ambiance, frequently mentioning the helpful and friendly staff who contribute significantly to the enjoyable stay. Excellent service and quality attention, particularly from individuals like Evón and Mailén, further elevate the overall experience.
Breakfast at the hotel receives largely favorable reviews. Visitors often describe it as very good, abundant and varied with special commendations for the delightful coffee and attentive service. Although some guests point out areas for improvement, such as the need for more variety and quicker replenishment, the general consensus is that the breakfast is well-organized and adds to the hotel’s charm.
Rooms at Hotel El Condado are described in varying terms. Many guests highlight the luxurious, spacious and very clean accommodations, complete with spectacular views from balconies. Cleanliness consistently receives praise, although there are mentions of maintenance issues and the need for better finishing details. Despite some reports of rooms with inadequate lighting or a sense of confinement, the general view is that the hotel provides a comfortable and tidy environment, albeit one that could benefit from more consistent upkeep.
The hotel's pool facilities, particularly the various pool options, are a significant attraction. The heated pool is often noted for its appeal, although some guests have experienced maintenance issues and inconsistent temperatures. Nonetheless, the pools are generally appreciated for enhancing relaxation after a day of sightseeing.
While the beds have received critical feedback with reports of discomfort due to worn-out mattresses and thin pillows, the overall staff experience remains a highlight. The team is recognized for their warmth, kindness and exceptional service, significantly enhancing the guest experience.
In summary, Hotel El Condado stands out for its prime location, friendly staff and enjoyable breakfast. Although there are areas for improvement, particularly concerning room maintenance and bed comfort, the positive aspects largely contribute to making it a popular choice for travelers.
