The Art & Design Hotel Napura boasts a lovely spa area with great views and well-equipped facilities. Guests can relax in the private spa or enjoy the jacuzzis and in the summertime, the open rooftop jacuzzi is a must-visit. Although the wellness area is a bit small, the rooftop pool and stunning views make up for it. Unfortunately, the closed rooftop jacuzzi in winter due to water damage might disappoint some. The spa overall is good, but guests must follow the dress code. However, some guests complained about children accessing the wellness area and noise, but the hotel management was unresponsive. Luckily, the newly revamped area was stunning and memorable with excellent fruits provided. The saunas and pools are a definite highlight, but some guests wished that the whirlpools were heated better. The wellness area may be small, but the jacuzzis, sauna and steam room are stylish, modern and clean, perfect for relaxing in. Additionally, guests can use the spa before and after checking in and the rooftop terrace with a bar and pool is an excellent place to unwind.
