Bastion Hotel Amsterdam Noord offers a practical and convenient stay for budget-conscious travelers exploring Amsterdam. While some reviews suggest the hotel falls short of its three-star claim, many guests appreciate its good value for money and strategic location. With a bus station just 100 meters away and the metro about 900 meters distant, accessing central attractions is straightforward. The added benefit of free parking makes it an appealing choice for those traveling by car or rental vehicle. Despite its modest size and simplistic amenities, the hotel provides an adequate base for a city trip or a short stay, featuring friendly and helpful staff. Although not the epitome of luxury, it stands out as a satisfactory option for those seeking a basic, cost-effective stay in Amsterdam. Guests value the included breakfast and generally find the hotel to be a decent option compared to pricier alternatives in the city center.
