Cleanliness is frequently noted as a strong point, with fresh towels readily available for guests, making it a convenient and enjoyable amenity. The indoor pool is often acknowledged as a fun aspect of the stay, particularly pleasing to families with children who found it appealing and entertaining. However, some guests faced issues such as overcrowding due to rowdy kids, making the pool less usable for those seeking a more tranquil environment.
