OKKO Hotels Lille Centre offers a modern and spacious environment with elegant and luxurious décor, creating a stylish yet simple ambiance. The concept of the hotel is very successful and has been well-received for its clear facilities and superb design. The hotel meets almost all expectations and resembles a four-star establishment in its approach, providing excellent quality and services similar to those of a four-star hotel.
However, there are several points where the hotel falls short of the true four-star experience. Some decorative elements and furniture appear cheap and some expected amenities like minibars in the rooms and adequate towel provisions are missing. Additionally, the breakfast service is often criticized for being inadequate with slow replenishment and a light selection that doesn't match four-star standards.
Maintenance issues such as blocked shower drains and deteriorating shower seals also detract from the overall experience and the size of the rooms has been noted as smaller than what one might expect from a hotel of this caliber. As a result, while OKKO Hotels Lille Centre boasts a four-star rating, there are several areas where it does not fully meet the expectations typically associated with this level of hotel.
