Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
5 FeWo's Harztraum in Innenstadt impresses guests with its prime location in the heart of Wernigerode, allowing easy exploration of both the charming old town and nearby attractions. The apartments offer a perfect blend of proximity and tranquility, with a serene backyard providing a peaceful retreat. Spacious and tastefully decorated, these accommodations cater well to larger groups, offering high-quality furnishings and well-equipped kitchens for those who enjoy cooking during their stay.
Cleanliness is a celebrated feature, with guests noting the impeccable state of the apartments, contributing to an inviting atmosphere. Although some mention the shower could be improved, the general upkeep is commendable. The free parking option, complete with easy access via a parking card, is highly appreciated, enhancing the overall stay.
The staff receives widespread acclaim for their exceptional hospitality, marked by friendly and accommodating service. The thoughtfully provided welcome basket sets the tone for the attentive, personalized experience guests enjoy. While bed comfort is generally praised, some find the pillows less so, and the third bedroom may not suit everyone’s comfort level. Nonetheless, the overall impressions are of a clean, stylish, and well-managed space ideal for families and groups, with many guests eager to return.
