Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
The Best Western Plaza Hotel Saugatuck provides good value for its limited options and reasonable cost. Although some reviewers found the facilities to be outdated, others appreciated the nostalgic atmosphere. Due to the pandemic, all amenities were closed despite being listed in the description, but overall the hotel was found to be passable with some guests having a pleasant stay. While some found the hotel overpriced and lacking in cleanliness, others were disappointed and deemed the hotel a "getto." Despite its flaws, guests may still find the hotel to be a decent option.
