Though some rooms were a little small, they were immaculately clean and some had spectacular full sea views. Each room has a different quirky decor with no shortage of great decor throughout. The hotel is fully refurbished with upgraded quiet carpets/pads, comfortable beds and attentive hosts, making it an excellent choice for your stay.

Their warm and accommodating greeting will leave a lasting impression on you. They are always available, conscientious, informative and happy to help with anything you need. Steve's responsiveness and cordiality are memorable while Sally's management skills and attention to detail are outstanding. It is worth mentioning that the staff are amazing, lovely and attentive. They are readily available to help you with anything you need, including carrying your bags up the stairs since the hotel does not have an elevator. The hosts are exceptional and they made our stay an experience, not just a stay. We loved our stay at Chapter One, thanks to the fantastic hosts and environment, great staff and outstanding decor with attention to detail.
