The spa at Mantra Legends Hotel has garnered mixed reviews from its guests. On the positive side, many visitors enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and found the facilities, including the pool and spa, to be quite nice and well-maintained. The spa suite, in particular, was highlighted as beautiful and several guests commended the amazing spa facilities, describing them as lovely and exceptional. Others appreciated the inclusion of a sauna and pool and enjoyed the comforting heat and soothing experience the spa offered.
However, some guests pointed out various issues that detracted from their experience. Concerns were raised regarding the spa's temperature with several mentioning it was too cold or not warm enough. There were also mentions of the spa being small, outdated and occasionally dirty with complaints about unpleasant smells and malfunctioning features such as bubbles not working. Opening hours were another point of contention, as was the general state of the spa area, which some felt needed a refresh or update.
On a more positive note, the staff providing spa services received praise for their courteousness and families with children expressed delight in using the pool and spa facilities. Overall, while the spa has strong potential and several commendable aspects, there are a few areas that could benefit from improvement to enhance the guest experience.
