The Prestige Beach House offers a pool and hot tub experience that some guests find enjoyable and relaxing, especially given its convenient location across from a beautiful park and beach. Many appreciate the accessibility of these amenities, making it a nice retreat for families as well—perfect for a rainy day activity or to unwind after exploring the area. The hot tub, when functioning and well-maintained, adds to the relaxing atmosphere.
However, it seems there are consistent concerns about the pool's temperature often being too cold, as well as occasional issues with cleanliness, with reports of murky or green water. The pool area itself has been described as needing updates to feel more modern and fresh, with signs of wear like cloudy water and ant presence detracting from the experience. Overall, while the facilities are appreciated by some guests for providing a relaxing experience, improvements could enhance the overall guest satisfaction.
