The rooms feature modern furnishings and large windows that contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, although a few minor improvements could be made, such as providing cutting boards or additional heating devices.
Cleanliness is another strong point with most guests noting the well-maintained rooms and bathrooms. While there are occasional issues like dirty kitchen surfaces or hair in the shower, the overall impression remains positive.
Staff members are regularly commended for their friendliness and helpful assistance, alongside a 24/7 reception that ensures timely support. Security personnel and cleaners also receive positive mentions for their dedication.
Parking at the property is highly regarded, offering ample, free and guarded spaces that provide peace of mind for guests.
