Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
Golf Place Inn Wollongong offers a range of amenities, including a pool and BBQ area that has received varied feedback from guests. Some reviews highlight positive experiences, mentioning the pool as a good facility within the apartment complex. Guests have praised the area as nice and noted the pool as great or good. Additionally, there is mention of another pool near the reception being very clean.
However, several guests have expressed significant concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the pools. There are numerous references to the pool being dirty with reports of cigarette butts, slimy green water and even comparisons to a horror movie scene. Some specific issues include a pool that was not in use and partially filled with filthy water, an unpleasant location next to smelly skip bins and unkempt poolside furnishings that need immediate upgrading.
In summary, while there are some positive remarks about the pool and surrounding facilities, there are also prevalent complaints about the overall cleanliness and maintenance that need to be addressed to enhance guest satisfaction.
