Both the indoor and outdoor pool were available and many guests found the pool to be warm and enjoyable. The outdoor pool even had warm water, perfect for a relaxing swim. The pool area also features a fire pit, waterfall and patio area for guests to enjoy. Some guests did note that the pool gate was not always kept locked and that the pool area could use some new lounge furniture, but overall the pool experience was positive. Guests also had the option to visit the outdoor bar while using the pool. However, some guests found the hotel to have too many children around. Despite some minor issues, many guests loved staying at this hotel for a quiet getaway and enjoyed the drinks poolside. It should be noted that some guests did report issues with being charged for double bookings or parking fees and some had to move rooms multiple times throughout their stay. Furthermore, some guests noted that there was no valet and that the lack of an outdoor pool or heated pool could be a drawback for some guests.
