However, getting a buggy to the beach can be difficult and the beach service is also challenging with waiting times of up to 30 minutes for a drink at the beach restaurant. While the beach itself is lovely, some guests have complained about dog owners not cleaning up after their pets on the beach lawn. Nonetheless, the great food and breathtaking views more than make up for any slight inconveniences. The infinity pool offers a breathtaking sea view and there is a separate adults-only pool for those who prefer peace and quiet. The children's pool was also a hit with families and the aqua park was fun and safe. While there were several pools, some guests noted that they were cold or lacked prime views. Despite this, the pools were clean and well-maintained. The resort had multiple restaurants and all-day dining options with plenty of food choice. Some guests noted that there was no beach or pool service, but the variety of beach restaurants with snacks and junk food made up for it. The resort also had a great Wednesday party on the beach side and the entertainment was top-notch. While there were a few minor complaints about TV channels/language, toiletries and mini-bar, the resort overall had nice rooms, was clean and well-located to explore the local city. However, some guests were annoyed by the limited number of available sun loungers and the pool could be too warm at times. In this pool, there's even a service waiter, which guests appreciated. Families will especially love the fact that there are several pools and water slides, providing endless hours of fun for the kids. The resort itself is also beautiful with a lovely staff to match. Aside from the pools, the beach is also top-notch with clean waters and fish swimming around. A few guests did struggle to find sunbeds, but those who did loved them, whether by the pool or the beach.
