Our stay was made all the more special thanks to the lovely staff who were super helpful, polite and very friendly. They were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The service was excellent and the staff were very accommodating.

Busra and Gizam were particularly helpful, but every staff member we encountered was personable and friendly. They spoke very good English and took great care of us. We also want to give a special shoutout to the manager, Ozan, who made sure that everything was perfect during our stay.

The resort itself is well maintained and the staff makes you feel like you're at home. They were outstanding - very friendly and attentive - and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. From the reception staff to the restaurant team, every employee was super friendly and made us feel like we were part of the family.

If you're looking for a place with an open and welcoming staff, look no further than Casa Nonna. Das Personal ist ausnehmend freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Le personnel est adorable and очень приветливый персонал. Everyone we encountered was very kindly and friendly - Personnel au petit soin - which made our stay in Bodrum all the more special.
