Parking rates are generally seen as affordable with fees around 1000 Japanese Yen per day. Despite some challenges in finding the parking entrance and occasional confusion over parking procedures, many reviews appreciate the overall convenience and availability of parking spaces.
Guests recommend booking a parking space in advance to ensure availability. The parking arrangements include clear instructions, making it easier for future visitors. Parking at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Yamagata Ekimae offers a mix of advantages and challenges. The hotel features a parking tower, which allows for 24-hour parking at a cost of 1,200 yen and it provides the benefit of free entry and exit. Parking at a nearby partner lot or a coin parking lot across the street offers convenient alternatives, adding a level of flexibility for guests.
However, there are several drawbacks to be aware of. The hotel's parking lot is notably small and spaces are limited, often leading to congestion and difficulty in finding a spot. Guests have mentioned that the parking environment can be challenging with instructions for using nearby parking being particularly unhelpful. For a more affordable option, some guests have turned to nearby coin parking.
Despite these setbacks, the proximity of parking options remains a positive aspect, although the convenience of the parking facilities could be improved. Guests should also be prepared for a short walk from the parking lot to the hotel, especially when carrying luggage, as the layout and size of the parking areas can be somewhat inconvenient.

Positive comments highlight the availability of parking with some guests appreciating easy access and the convenience of parking right behind the hotel. Several reviews note that the parking facility allows for free come-and-go access after validating the ticket at the front desk, which adds to its usability.
