Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' category
Summarized by AI
The Carlton Oasis Hotel garners mixed opinions regarding its status as a 4-star establishment. Some guests highlight that the hotel is surprisingly well-maintained, creating a positive first impression upon arrival. However, there is a recurring sentiment that the hotel does not fully live up to its 4-star rating. Several reviews mention that the rooms appear outdated and in need of renovation. Guests also feel that the service provided does not align with the expectations set by a 4-star hotel. Additionally, the cost of 126 euros per night, especially without breakfast, has been seen as disproportionate given the overall experience. Overall, while the hotel shows potential, there is a clear call for updates in both facilities and service to better align with its 4-star classification.
