The vintage castle villa is surrounded by a nice garden space with plenty of on-site parking, making it a unique location for a peaceful vacation away from the tourist areas. However, a couple of guests found the location a little bit hard to drive to at night and planes landing could be a little noisy without earplugs. Despite being a little isolated from shops and restaurants, the hotel is only a short 15-minute walk from a small town with some great bars and restaurants. Guests have also loved the opportunity to dine in the local community and experience the authentic Greek culture. Overall, Castle By The Sea is an excellent choice for those who want to enjoy the proximity to the airport, beach and authentic Greek life.
