The hotel has great food and efficient and incredible staff who are always responsive and perfect. The reception area is large and comfy with attentive staff. The pool area is lovely and the staff are always polite and available to help. The hotel has clean rooms and common areas and the front-end staff are professional. Lola from the restaurant is always friendly and welcoming. Though there are a few exceptions, the hotel has amazing and very diligent, polite and friendly staff who are always willing to assist guests. The staff consistently maintain COVID measures, which is appreciated. Additionally, the hotel personnel are exceptional and adjust perfectly to guests' needs and their efforts are applauded.

Although the spa and gym were closed due to COVID during our stay, we were impressed with the recently renovated facilities. The spa service was one of the reasons we booked and although it was closed, we were disappointed not to have access to the massages and facilities. The only downside we experienced was language barriers while reserving spa services, as the staff only spoke English. However, the spa was clean and well-maintained and we would gladly stay here again when the spa and gym services are back up and running. Note that currently, if the spa is open, access requires an additional fee of 10 euros per day. Despite the closures, we still enjoyed our stay at Sunprime Coral Suites and Spa.
