Villa Perris Studios is a fantastic place to stay in Kassiopi, located right in the center of the village and steps away from the picturesque harbor. Despite being close to the busy tourist street, the location is very quiet, offering plenty of peace and quiet. The position of the apartment offers spectacular views of the little harbor, surrounding coastline and bay of Kassiopi with some rooms having a balcony for a better vantage point. The villa's central location makes it easy to access the port, gorgeous beaches (both touristy and more private coves), tavernas and shops on foot with some beaches just 5 minutes away. The proximity to Kassiopi Castle is also a plus with the action below and the view above being spectacular. The apartments are clean, comfortable and functional and with great value for money, making it a perfect accommodation for holidays.

Villa Perris Studios offers lovely, cozy and nicely furnished rooms that are extraordinary clean and very comfortable. Guests can enjoy a free room upgrade with a private sitting area and a view of the harbor. The rooms are equipped with screens and mess guards on windows, providing plenty of peace and quiet. The beds are comfortable and there is a balcony and fridge in some rooms. The rooms are quite well equipped and offer good value with a central location just steps away from the main road. While some rooms are basic, they look better than in pictures and they are not shabby or poor-looking.
