Although some guests find the food to be inconsistent and not always to Western tastes, overall the food and service are excellent. The resort is not without its faults though with some guests experiencing issues with towel cards, inconsistent use of signature slips and some employees being discourteous. However, these minor setbacks did not take away from the overall enjoyment of the resort. The Sunset Plaza Beach Resort is definitely a top-notch all-inclusive option in Puerto Vallarta.
